Spray coating machines for rapid and uniform coating of tablets, granules and pallets. Spray coating machine work as an attachment to the existing coating pan. These machines feature stainless steel 316 quality pressure craft provided with SS jacket with electric heaters and thermostat control. The unit is provided with safety valve, pneumatic oscillating type stirrer fitted on the top of the craft. Our spray coating machines are available in different capacities such as 10, 25, 50, 100 and 150 liters.

Vessel is Filled with coating solution and hassled by oil/moisture free dense air at pressure of 3 to 4 kg/cm2 to get uniform atomized conical spray. The coating is done by spray guns which are mounted on SS heavy stand and can be familiar horizontally, vertically, angularly, Spray coat machine can be swiveled too, if required.
